What exactly counts as an "Insight"?
An Insight is one completed answer generated by YOUnifiedAI, such as identifying overdue invoices or matching payments to records.
Our pricing is per organization, not per user. Each plan includes a specific number of users, and insights are pooled across your entire team.
You can purchase Insight Add-Ons for temporary usage spikes. These are applied to your current billing cycle but do not roll over.
Yes. Choosing an annual plan gives you approximately two months free (Starter) or a significant discount compared to monthly billing.

Security & Data Privacy

Is my data safe and secure?
Yes. We take data privacy and security seriously. All apps on our platform are required to meet strict standards, and we never train models on your business data. You stay in control at all times.
Absolutely not. We do not use your Customer Data or Input to train public foundation models. Your data stays within the secure YOUnifiedAI service environment.
No. YOUnie is 100% data-grounded. It uses a governed Natural Language Command system to pull precise data from your apps. If the data isn’t there, YOUnie tells you.
We use industry-standard encryption: TLS 1.2+ for data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest.
